2. Return Process:

b. In the email, provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Authorization:
Once your return request is received, our customer service team will review the information provided. If your return meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a return authorization email containing instructions on how to proceed.
4. Packaging and Shipping:
When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the return authorization email or a note with your order number and name.
5. Refund and Store Credit:
a. Full Refund (within 14 days):
If your return is received and approved within 14 days of the delivery date, you will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
b. Store Credit (within 30 days):
If your return is received and approved within 30 days of the delivery date, you will receive store credit for the returned item's value. The store credit will be applied to your Lozzee account and can be used towards future purchases.
6. Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items:
Certain items, such as clearance merchandise or personalized products, may be marked as non-refundable or final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition.
7. Exchanges:
